I offer an initial no fix no fee, this is 1/2 hour free diagnostics, then if you decide to go ahead with the repair my hourly labour rate is £45, unless a fixed fee has been agreed

My initial fee is £35 for call out withing Leicestershire and Warwickshire 20 miles from the workshop, then a hourly rate of £45 per hour is payable, per hour as our standard labour fee, Eg £80 for call out and 1st hour then £45 per hour after that while on site

I charge £80 fee to build configure and setup your system, this does not include the operating system cost, or additional software you choose to add, we can however supply windows and office licences at cost via our Microsoft account

Data recovery is based on the amount of time and how long the data takes to be recovered, it could take a few hours to a few days, prices start from £45 -£600 dependant on if its a total failure
